Welcome to Malilove.art! We are delighted to share our passion for art with you. To ensure a pleasant and transparent shopping experience, please review our policies below.

 

1. Our Products

  • Original Canvases : Each original artwork is unique, signed by the artist Mali Artiste Peintre. A certificate of authenticity can be provided upon request. Colors and textures may vary slightly compared to online photographs due to differences in lighting and screen calibration.

  • Art Prints : Our reproductions are carefully printed on high-quality materials (e.g., art paper, canvas) to ensure optimal fidelity to the original artwork. Available dimensions and supports are specified on each product page.

  • Derivative Products : We offer a selection of derivative products (e.g., throws, rugs, yoga pants, etc.) inspired by our artwork. The description of each product details the materials and specifications.

 

2. Orders

  • Ordering Process : To place an order, add the desired items to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is validated and paid.

  • Availability: Original artworks are unique. In the rare event of simultaneous sales, the first validated order will be honored. For reproductions and derivative products, as they are often produced on demand, in case of an issue with our supplier, we will contact you promptly to offer a solution (refund, waiting time, exchange).

  • Modification or Cancellation : If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at malika.benladjreb@icloud.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Custom orders or orders already in production/shipped generally cannot be canceled.

 

3. Price and Payment

  • Currency : All prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

  • Taxes : Applicable taxes (e.g., GST/QST in Canada) will be calculated and added at checkout, based on your shipping address. For international customers, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Secure Payment : We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay. Transactions are secured via the Wix platform and its integrations with recognized payment gateways.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Times :

    • Original Canvases : Please note that shipping for original canvases may take between 3 to 6 months, to allow time for designing my orders and managing group shipments. We thank you for your patience and understanding regarding the receipt of these unique pieces.

    • Reproductions and Derivative Products : These items are generally shipped within 10-15 business days, as they are printed or manufactured on demand by our partner printing service. Shipping is managed by this service. These times may vary and are provided for informational purposes only.

  • Shipping Costs : Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are included in the displayed price.

  • Shipping Methods : We ship via services selected by our print-on-demand partner or carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and DHL. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment of your order, when available.

  • Delivery Times : Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and vary depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.

  • Packaging : We and our partners take special care in packaging our artworks to ensure their protection during transit.

  • Shipping Address : Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address.

 

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Right of Withdrawal (especially for EU/EEA customers) : In accordance with legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.

  • General Return Conditions :

    • Contact cmalikab@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you have a problem with the item you ordered. We cannot accept returns for items from our on-demand supplier, but we will do everything in our power to correct the situation and ensure you are satisfied.

  • Non-Returnable Items :

    • Custom orders.

    • Sale items (unless defective).

    • For original canvases, due to their unique nature and value, return conditions may be more restrictive. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing if you have specific questions. A return may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, but a restocking fee may apply.

  • Exchanges : We only exchange items that are defective or damaged, or if we have made an error in the order. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item damaged during shipping or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at cmalikab@hotmail.com with :

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the damage/defect.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item AND the packaging (inside and outside). We will assess the situation and offer you an appropriate solution (replacement, refund, or repair if applicable for an original artwork).

 

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and designs presented on Malilove.art are the intellectual property of Mali Artiste Peintre (for the artworks and their derivatives) and/or Malilove.art (for the website content) and are protected by copyright laws. The purchase of an original artwork, reproduction, or derivative product does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the work without the explicit written authorization of Mali Artiste Peintre.

 

8. Protection of Personal Data

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. Your data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of processing your orders, improving your customer experience, and, if you consent, sending you information about our new products and promotions. Welcome to Malilove.art (hereinafter "we", "our", "us"). We are operated by Mali Artiste Peintre.
